Perfectly located to discover the glorious nature, culture and history of Croatia’s Istria peninsula, this modern luxury villa is a short hop from the beaches of the Adriatic, 20 minutes from the popular coastal city of Rovinj with its timeless old town and 30 minutes from Pula with its magnificent Roman amphitheatre.
The house itself sits close to the centre of Bale, a town complete with castle, traditional stone houses and a lively restaurant scene, that looks out over the olive grove and vineyard dotted landscapes for which the region is famous. Within these beautiful landscapes there is plenty to experience, from olive oil and wine tastings to exploring nature by hiking and biking.
Contemporary in design and chic minimalist in décor, the villa has an open-plan living area and four large en-suite bedrooms – three downstairs and a master suite upstairs. High ceilings keep things light and airy while neutral tones throughout brings a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Outside is a 10-metre swimming pool plus a smaller second pool that is ideal for kids.
