Pool House – First Floor

• Belvedere, a multifunctional space with Mount Etna views.

• Bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden, en suite bathroom.

• Private swimming pool, shaded by palm trees.

Kindly Note

• The villa is part of a working farm; some noise should be expected although it will be kept to a minimum.

• One airport meeting and "follow me" service to the villa (own transportation required and not included). 
• Cook service up to 7 hours per day (groceries extra).
• Maid service for 7 hours per day. 
• Air-conditioning (available in the bedrooms).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Towels are changed during per week. 
• Final cleaning.
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to. 
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Use of the tennis court and sauna. 
• Use of the swimming pool (15 x 7m / 49.2 x 23ft).
• Concierge service: personalised itinerary including transfers, massages, wine tastings, boat tours, restaurant reservations can be organised by the villa’s concierge team. Please note that no external suppliers are allowed at the estate and that services need to be approved by the owner.

• Groceries and beverages. Please note that the villa has a well-stocked wine cellar with a selection of local Sicilian, Italian and European wines. Guests are requested not to bring their own food and beverages into the dining- and/or living-room area.
• Grocery shopping service (EUR 30 per hour). 
• Extra cooking service available on request at EUR 25 per hour.
• Laundry service available on request at EUR 20 per hour.
• Extra maid service available on request at EUR 20 per hour.
• Waiter service available on request at EUR 20 per hour.
• Flat-rate at EUR 90 per person per day to cover the cost for food for three meals per day, shopping service, non-alcoholic beverages, house wine and beer (EUR 60 per person per day for breakfast & lunch or breakfast & dinner). Kids up to 5 years of age eat for free; kids between 6 and 10 pay half the rate. Soft-drinks, beer and house wine are included in the flat-rate. A deposit of EUR 3,500 is due on arrival in cash to cover this cost. The exact amount due will be calculated the day before check out.

• A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption", i.e. a deposit to pay for the groceries and beverages (at least EUR 3,500).
• The villa cannot allow guests to buy food, wine, spirits etc. etc. in supermarkets. They have a well-stocked wine-cellar and are 100% committed to organic produce and ingredients in the kitchen.
• Caretakers live on the grounds; privacy is guaranteed. 
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
