New for 2010, we have created a number of Gourmet Food and Wine Short Breaks in some of the most respected regions in Europe. Our wine related breaks include Tuscany, with its full bodied Chianti Classico and reputed vineyards such as the Antinori and Fonterutoli estates, Provence, with the mighty Cote du Rhones and Chateauneuf du Pape, and the classic Bordeaux region with its fine wine chateaux of Margaux, Cheval Blanc and Pavie.

Each break includes four nights at a luxury villa and may be taken during Low or Mid Season. You may, of course, extend your stay for a week, or combine with a touring vacation of France or Italy. See below for details of each break.

BRUNELLO WINE TRAIL AND TUSCAN CHEESE

Our Brunello Wine Trail and Tuscan Cheese Short Break is based at Il Glicine, a five bedroomed villa located on a hillside in southern Tuscany close to the village of Ponte d’Arbia. chianti Classico

Our Chianti Classico Short Break is based at Belvedere,  which sits in the heart of a working wine estate. VINES AND WINES OF BORDEAUX

Our Vines and Wines Short Break is based at the aptly named Maison du Vin,  within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage Site village of St Emilion. Our Provencal Gourmet Short Break is  the heart of the Luberon National Park within easy driving distance of some of the most famous vineyards and pretty Provencal villages. Our short break includes the best of flavours, with a private Provencal chef, a visit the vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape, a hands-on market tour and a cookery class in Avignon. With a selection of our luxury villas actually producing their own wine on the estate you’ll be hard pushed to avoid sampling a bottle or two!
