All our villas are located in regions of culinary or wine significance where there may be a local festival celebrating food or harvesting, a traditional annual feast, special local culinary traditions which make that particular area special. Quite often you can cycle or hike from your villa to the different wine cellars or farms through stunning scenery and vineyards, over hills and through valleys – a real exploration. All villas have access to nearby villages, towns each with their own variation and selection of restaurants, cafes, deli’s, charcuteries, boulangeries & markets and we have provided some great gourmet break ideas below.
If you like the idea of the independence a holiday villa can offer but are daunted by cooking every night, and then we can arrange for a private chef, or cook, to come to your villa. Children are, of course, catered for as well as those with special dietary requirements. Our specialist chefs have so many wonderful recipes to enjoy and with a selection of our luxury villas actually producing their own wine on the estate you’ll be hard pushed to avoid sampling a bottle or two!
