Kitzbühel  | Bedrooms: 4 | Sleeps: 6 + 5

Rates: Rates available on request.

Built at the turn of the twentieth century, this, innovative winter chalet is fresh and full of light. In contrast to the exterior of the chalet that suggests this is a typical traditional chalet, a masterpiece of architecture, has transformed this once heavy wooden cladded Tyrolean chalet into a light, warm and spacious home. High ceilings, wide glass fronts, light coloured wood and walls create a unique connection between the dramatic alpine backdrop outside and the atmospheric living spaces inside.

Entering the building you instantly sense the fact that this is a family home with a focus on providing space to socialize with family and friends. The wonderfully open plan combined living and dining area with its unique layout creates a natural flow from the open plan designer kitchen to the big 14 seater table through into the sofas and the fireplace of the living area. Spread over several levels the chalet sleeps eight adults and up to five children. Chalet Bellevue is therefore the perfect property to share with family and friends or to celebrate special occasions. The chalet is both a feast for any design aficionado in the family and a heaven for children due to its abundance of facilities. The children can spend afternoons in the large swimming pool, playing in the kid's room, or on the free-standing climbing wall. There are swings to be found and even table tennis and foosball to entertain the family. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy the sauna, the fitness area and the full length wooden sun terrace. Due to its location in a quite cul de sac the chalet provides a high level of privacy. The centre of Kitzbuehel and the next lift station is a ten minute drive. This truly is a spectacular property in one of Europe's hidden gem resorts.

TIPPING SUGGESTIONS
In restaurants a service charge is built into menu prices. However, it's customary to round up amounts when paying the waiter or waitress if you're happy with the service. This means that you might hand the server EUR 50 for a EUR 47 meal. If you're paying by credit card, hand the server a cash tip of up to 5%. For Taxis as in restaurants, round up or add 5% when you're happy with the service. Tips to your chalet staff are entirely at your discretion.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FORMALITIES
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have: a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages (excluding amendment pages) available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration points. Visas are required for certain nationalities and you are strongly advised to check your status allowing plenty of time for visa application.

The finishing touches

Ever dreamt of driving through the Chianti hills in a red Ferrari, or along the Moyenne Corniche to Monaco in a Bentley? How about sailing along the Cote d'Azur to St Tropez in a private yacht or speed boat? Sometimes the home is all that you need, but if you're lured into culture, excitement, activity, improving your cooking or simply dabbling in landscapes, then speak to one of our Villa Specialists for an insight into what we can arrange. These are what we call our ‘Finishing Touches’.
