Italy has been enchanting visitors for centuries, with beautiful landscapes, rolling hills, cypress tree-lined avenues and dramatic coastlines. Our luxury villas in Italy offer mouth-watering cuisine and world-class wine that add the final ingredients to a memorable holiday, living the Italian dolce vita. Our carefully chosen portfolio includes holiday villas in the much-loved hills of Tuscany, the medieval hill-top villages of Umbria and the stunning coastline of the Amalfi Coast. We also have stunning Italian villas with pools.

If staying in one of our villas in Italy, you might want to discover the south of Florence where the Chianti region of Tuscany lies. There, wine estates such as Brolio, Le Corti and Antinori cultivate some of the most revered names in the Chianti Classico portfolio. Medieval Siena and beautiful San Gimignano delight visitors with their historic charm whilst tiny villages lay hidden, ready to be discovered.

Surrounded by 16th century walls, the city of Lucca sits on an alluvial plateau near the Serchio River. The valleys of the Lucchese, lined with lush woodland and olive groves are where many of the most elegant Italy villas are to be found.

Florence itself was 'discovered' by the 18th century wealthy British and American travellers as part of their Grand Tour of Europe. Since then it has attracted millions of visitors who flock to see the famous monuments and art works such as Michelangelo's David and the Cathedral with Brunelleschi's magnificent dome – a must-visit if staying in one of our Luxury Villas in Tuscany.

Known as the 'Green Heart of Italy', Umbria is famous for its wealth of medieval settlements. Gubbio, Todi and Montefalco ooze medieval charm and history, whilst Spoleto boasts a summer arts festival enjoyed by locals and visitors. If you are looking for villas in Italy and you are a food enthusiast, our Luxury Villas in Umbria are a hit by food lovers who will adore the local trout and truffles, olive oils and cured meats as well as the mountain cheeses.

The Amalfi Coast is a great option for a coastal villa holiday, our luxury villas in Amalfi Coast offer breathtaking coastlines, an abundance of heritage sites and many cultural events.

Our luxury villas in Sardinia are situated on the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and famous for its amazing landscape, turquoise sea, white sandy beaches and its fabulous climate. The island appeals to nature lovers with plenty of opportunities to swim, windsurf, and hike. The island has wide appeal however and the Costa Smeralda is one of the hot spots of the Italian show business jet set. Sardinia is worth visiting throughout the whole year but the best times of the year to visit are the spring, when the wildflowers are in bloom, and during the early autumn when the temperatures are still pleasantly warm and most of the tourists have left. Abercrombie & Kent's luxury villas in Italy can provide the perfect villa holiday. Show less...
