Rates: from £5,256 per week

Villa Arraval is a beautifully restored villa, situated close to Banyalbufar on the dramatic west coast of Majorca that boasts breathtaking sea as well as mountain views. Designed to the highest quality of standards with precious antiques and artwork, light-coloured fabrics, decorative details, but also enjoying modern amenities such as air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi internet, etc., this 4-bedroom villa is an ideal luxury holiday retreat for families, a group of friends or couples.

Villa Arraval is situated just outside the small pretty village of Estellencs on the coast nearby Banyalbufar and offers holidays in a relatively quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Due to its location the villa benefits from great sea views on one the side and the Tramuntana Mountain range on the other (ideal for hiking, biking or walking excursions). Due to the property’s elevated position, the grounds consist of various garden levels with each of them offering plenty of sunny and shaded areas for guests’ relaxation and comfort. From the lounge terrace accessed from the villa’s sitting room, one can enjoy magnificent sea views whilst lapping up the sun and sipping a fruity cocktail. Or those who prefer a refreshing dip into the kidney-shaped approximately 10x5m swimming pool, will find solace on the sunny pool terrace on the lowest garden level. For al fresco dining the guests can decide between the covered pergola extending from the kitchen (table seats 10 guests) or the 8-seater table underneath the ancient olive tree on the lower garden level next to the built-in barbecue. Whatever the mood or occasion, the great gardens offer more than enough opportunities to enjoy the refreshing Majorcan air.
