Rates: from £6,067 per week | Special offers available!

If you are looking for a tranquil hideaway with your family, but you still want to be close to sandy beaches and charming old towns, then Villa Es Mont might be just the ideal villa for you! The peaceful four-hectare estate is situated only 3km outside of Arta, which attracts visitors from far and near with a great variety of restaurants, shops, a weekly market and even a theatre.
The area is also known for its beautiful sandy beaches and top-end golf courses of which you can find plenty within a 20-minute drive from the villa. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy Villa Es Mont's very own 100m2 large swimming pool with fenced access for children's security.

It is not just the outdoors at Villa Es Mont which is strikingly unique; so is the light and spacious interior. Rustic-Mallorcan features stand shoulder to shoulder with vintage elegance and modern elements, which is demonstrated at its best by the creative use of glass doors that have been ingeniously installed underneath ancient stone arches. Not only does this create individual living spaces, it also preserves the open and sunlit feel of the place. The bedrooms on the first floor are designed in warm tones and comfy fabrics, handpicked by the Spanish owner whose local heritage gave her inspiration for the authentic look. The thick stone walls of this old finca will keep the rooms cool even on the hottest summer days. Villa Es Mont is ideally suited for families with children who can enjoy playing on the large lawn areas or explore the woodland on the grounds. The pool area is protected by a fence, allowing parents time to relax and enjoy their holiday amidst these serene surroundings.
