- Add an expert team of local A&K Villas staff
- Offer the pick of the best properties in the region – with a range of facilities, sizes and prices
- Ensure those properties are safe, by conducting an annual health and safety audit of each property to check fire, gas, pool and general safety
Then add some choice and flexibility:
1. Our Tailor Made Package, which includes:
- 1 x Villa rental
- 1 x weekly change of pool towels and bed linen as standard
- 1 x A&K local representative on call 24/7 in case of emergency
- Pour in a good helping of local information and advice about local sightseeing, eating out and other activities
Or, for those wanting extra helping(s):
2. Our A&K Hosted Package, which includes:
- 1 x Villa rental
- 1 x airport/station arrival welcome, including assistance in arranging onward transportation
- Introductory orientation tour of local area with your A&K Host
- The services of an A&K Host – on call at any time during your stay
- A light supper on your arrival evening and a fruit bowl
- Continental breakfast and newspaper delivered on the first morning
- Daily maid service for 4 hours per day
- Twice weekly change of pool towels and bed linen
- Drinks fridge stocked on arrival
- Starter pack of luxurious toiletries per bathroom

- Local taxes and administration charges
Some nice and useful options:
- Our “Follow Me Service” allows those taking a rental car to pick up their car at the airport and follow one our drivers all the way to their villa. This can be a great way to go at the end of a long or late flight
- Airport Transfers: In many cases rental cars can be delivered to villas the following morning after arrival
- Local cooks/ chefs
- Local guides to take you sightseeing

An A&K host is your local friend in the know, there to welcome you, show you around and answer any questions you might have or to assist with anything unexpected. A&K Hosts are carefully selected for their knowledge, experience and contacts to ensure your holiday experience is authentic, interesting and as enjoyable as possible. They love to introduce you to the local market, butcher, baker, vineyard and restaurant owners. They offer a wealth of support, so that you have the choice of planning arrangements in advance, or seeing what you feel like doing on a day to day basis, after you have arrived.
