A separate annex leading off the kitchen has a further two bedrooms, both giving direct access to the terrace. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and has been tastefully decorated with a clear focus on authenticity.
Outside, a large heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the grounds, complemented by a summer kitchen and dining areas which you may well find irresistible. Mature olive and cypress trees dot the grounds, and the views can only be described as sublime.
