• Bedroom four: Queen-size bed (160cm) with balcony and sea view
• Bedroom five: Twin beds, the room opens onto balcony
• Shared bathroom with shower over bath  

• Kitchen with breakfast table for four guests and living area

• Bedroom six: Small Double bed (140cm) with balcony and sea views
• Bedroom seven: Twin beds with balcony
• Shared shower room for bedrooms six and seven

Lower Level

• Bedroom nine: Small Double bed (140cm) with wheelchair friendly shower room
• Bedroom eight: Twin beds open to the grounds, ideal for teenagers 
• Separate shower room (can be used with bedroom eight)

• Internet speed cannot be guaranteed due to the rural location of the villa.
• Apartments one and two can be rented in addition to the main accommodation. They both have independent access from outside but can also be accessed through the main accommodation. 

• Cost of utilities including water and electricity
• Arrival set of pool towels, household and bed linen (weekly change for bookings longer than seven nights)
• Final cleaning
• Maid service of two-four hours mid-week (depending on guest numbers). 
• Full air conditioning

• Wifi internet (Signal strength cannot be guaranteed due to rural location). 
• Private fenced/gated swimming pool (nine metres x five metres) with security cover
