About Chalet Castor
Chalet Castor offers both a tranquil mountain setting and easy access to the exciting attractions of Zermatt. Set on a hill overlooking the resort, its numerous balconies and terraces afford panoramic views of the village and all three of Zermatt's famous ski areas. Spacious living areas, stylish décor and flexible accommodation make the Swiss ski chalet just as impressive inside as it is out.
Chalet Castor is connected to the resort via an elevator and tunnel. The entrance to the tunnel is just 200m from the end of the ski runs beneath the Matterhorn Express lift station. Take the elevator and here there is a 200 meter walk to the chalet entrance. The chalet comes with an electro transporter which staff will use to move your luggage and shopping as required.
Inside this luxury Zermatt ski chalet, you'll find four spacious double bedrooms all with their own en suite bathrooms. The stylish living area is home to a crackling log fire, while the open plan kitchen and dining room is the perfect place to socialise at the end of an exhilarating day skiing. Patios and balconies can be found throughout Chalet Castor, offering you a choice of picturesque locations and sweeping views for your evening sundowner.
Next door to Chalet Castor is its twin property, Chalet Pollux. These two chalets can be rented together with an adjacent detached property, Chalet Gemini, to create a space able to accommodate up to 26 people. Perfect for large groups of family and friends, this versatile accommodation will help you find the perfect base for your alpine escape.
