About The Heinz Julen Loft
The Heinz Julen Loft is without doubt the most spectacular property in Zermatt, if not the Alps. Local star designer Heinz Julen has created a symphony of glass, steel, wood and textured concrete in this 300m2 Manhattan-style loft. The Loft Zermatt was once Heinz’s private home and has seen many a rock star party in its day.
Set just two minutes from the top of the Omnia Hotel lift (a special key is provided), this uniquely luxurious Zermatt ski apartment offers a unique bird’s eye view of Zermatt and the Mischabel Mountains. With floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides, the sense of space, light and closeness to nature is unparalleled in the Alps.
Custom furniture ensures every pleasure is provided for. Dine around a suspended, illuminated table, or play the baby grand Steinway. The cantilevered bar area is the perfect place to sip a cocktail. Sink into a large sofa and gaze at the flickering fire which is set into the glass wall. From here, you can look out over the rooftops of Zermatt too.
The Heinz Julen Loft sleeps six across three indulgent bedrooms. The decadent master bedroom boasts an island bed on a rotating floor, a freestanding bath with slatted massage cover and a private shower room. If you need more space, you can combine the Loft with the Penthouse to accommodate groups of up to 14.
