By choosing a villa labelled ‘A&K Favourite’, you’ll benefit from additional flexible booking conditions and cancellation terms. You’ll also receive a complimentary benefit or amenity to help get your holiday off to the perfect start; these may be a welcome hamper or meal, an arrival buffet, or a case of local wine.

- 100% refund or fee-free postponement if you are unable to travel as a result of the following reasons:.
- The UK FCDO or US State department (or government travel advisory in client’s country of residence) advises against all but essential travel OR

- The destination you are travelling to has entry restrictions in place that prohibit you from travelling, such as closed borders or extended quarantine requirements
