A member of our operations team visits every villa prior to listing it on our site, this is to ensure that your property fits with our specifications and to ensure that yours and our expectations are met in terms of occupancy, pricing and management. We have operations teams based in the UK and throughout Europe to help ensure this process is as smooth as possible. Once we have you on board we will then ensure that our sales team are aware of your property. All members of the sales and operations team make regular familiarisation visits so that they can sell each property from a personal perspective. It is also extremely important for us to place the right customer in the right property to ensure they come back to us (and you!) year after year.

We have a PR team who work closely with national and international media and there are regular opportunities to welcome journalists into your home in return for features. We have a strong online presence for luxury travel so you can rest assured that independent travellers researching their villa holiday online will be exposed to A&K Villas and ultimately your property. Our website has been optimised to be fast, efficient and customer friendly with room for plenty of property images. All enquiries are picked up and responded to extremely quickly by our sales team so you can rest assured that any enquiries for your property are handled swiftly and efficiently.
