About Kara

I found myself taking a trainee travel position more than 16 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. I worked my way up, taking on new opportunities every step of the way, and I've been lucky enough to travel the world and see some unforgettable sights. I very much like home comforts and being in the company of my friends and family, which is why it’s now perfect I get the chance to help clients find their perfect home-from-home destination.

Talking points 

What is your favourite destination?

Majorca. It has been our family holiday destination for years – brings back a lot of happy memories. 

Which destination is top of your bucket list and why?

Santorini. Everything about this Island excites me: the views, the history and the local cuisine. 

Sun or snow?

I’m a sun person.

Which five items do you always pack when travelling?

I always make sure I pack a gripping book, lots of hairbands (as I am always losing them), flip flops, plasters and pain relief.

What’s your top travel tip?

Try not to live your holiday through your camera, otherwise you'll miss the best bits.
