• Bedroom three: king/twin beds (180cm or 90cm each), en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, front aspect seating area with sea and pool view and back access to treatment room and gym and spiral stairs leading to sitting room (situated underneath sitting room)

• Pool heating available at EUR 350 per week, payable locally in cash on arrival. The pool heating is available in May, June, September and October. During the cooler part of the season the heating will be turned on at least five days prior to arrival and three days as the temperatures warm up. The pool is not covered at night time so some heat can be lost, however the swimming pool remains at a pleasant temperature for morning swimming

Kindly note:

• Please note that due to the unique design of this property each room is accessed from the outside
• The villa is part of an estate of four villas, which share the main gate/driveway, a tennis court (requires booking if other houses are rented) and private beach and jetty access with paddleboards and canoes. It is possible to combine the rental with the three other Villas of the estate, Villa Agua, Villa Rhea and Villa Ecru (subject to availability).
• Beach and jetty access is possible via the pool terrace to the side of the property, the path is well constructed from stone with a good gradient
• Flexible change over day and short stays (minimum 5 nights) available for bookings in May, June, September and October. Please contact your Villa Specialist for more details.
