• Bedroom (known as 211), 20sqm, with en-suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment), garden view.
• Bedroom (known as 212), 20sqm, with garden views, en-suite bathroom (wheelchair accessible shower).
• Bedroom (known as 214), 20sqm, with en-suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment), looks out towards the back of the property.
• These bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles and have access to a shared terrace that runs around the whole first floor.

• Suite Capri: 40 sqm, 1.8 x 1.9m bed, en-suite bathroom (shower), living room with sofa, access to a private balcony, partial sea views.
• Suite Vesuvio: 40 sqm, 1.8 x 1.9m bed, en-suite bathroom (shower), living room with sofa, access to a balcony. This room has the best views of the property, facing the sea and Vesuvius.
• Bedroom (known as 222), 20sqm, with garden and partial sea views, en-suite bathroom (shower), access to a balcony.

• Master bedroom suite Olimpia: 60sqm, living room with sofas, TV and access to the balcony, access to the terrace with covered sitting area, sun-loungers and hot tub, generously sized bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, views over the Gulf of Naples and Salerno.

• A security deposit of EUR 1.000 is to be paid locally in cash. This amount serves as deposit against damages caused to the interior or exterior of the property.
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.

• Maid service daily.
• Air-conditioning.
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to.

• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Bed linen are changed once during the week. Daily change of bath-towels
