Exclusions

• City tax, to be paid locally in cash
• Additional maid service is available at EUR 20 per hour
• Additional linen change is available at EUR 40 per bed
• Additional towel change is available at EUR 20 per person
• Laundry and ironing service is available at EUR 4 per item washed and EUR 8 per item washed and ironed. Please note that the laundry room is only accessible to staff
• Pool heating: depending on the temperature and the weather, the cost is EUR 10 per hour from May to September (in order to reach the water temperature of 27°C, it would be necessary to turn on the heating system 48 hours before arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the temperature is reached, a minimum 14 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature).

Kindly Note

• The annex building is located across the garden, behind the pool, about 50 metres from the main villa. It is available when renting the eight bedroom option. Staff sleeps in a separate apartment in the basement of the guest house, even if the guest house is booked.
