Inclusions:

• Villa Manager: 6 days a week; 8 hours a day (9am-1pm; 4-8pm). This time schedule is flexible
• Maid service for up to 8 hours a day (8am - noon; 5-9pm), 6 days a week
• Chef and assistant: 6 days a week; this includes the preparation of 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner). Food and beverage costs to be paid extra
• Arrival set of linen and towels and mid-week bedroom and bathroom linen change
• Utilities
• Pool heating (available from May to September, up to 26 degree Celsius/ 79F
• Continental buffet style breakfast, prepared by the housekeepers including coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, berries, croissants, bread, butter, spreadable jams, slices of ham and cheese, eggs and bacon
• Welcome drinks and snack on arrival including a selection of Italian pizza and focaccia bites, local salami, crackers and cheese platters, fresh seasonal fruit, little traditional pastries; prosecco and non-alcoholic drinks

Exclusions:

• Laundry service is available at EUR 50 per hour
• If the chef is required for one extra day this will be an extra cost of EUR 700 and it has to be confirmed at the time of booking
• Additional linen change is available at EUR 150 
• Food and Beverage deposit: A food and beverage deposit of EUR 10,000 is to be paid with the balance of the rental. This money will be used by the chef to buy groceries. The Villa Manager will keep track of the costs and undertake a reconciliation of all the costs at the end of the stay. The Villa Manager will inform the lead passenger in case a top-up of the deposit is needed
• Cooked breakfast prepared by the chef is available at an extra cost of EUR 2,500 per week. The service needs to be confirmed at least 60-90 days before arrival

KINDLY NOTE:

• Some parts of the garden are characterized by low or no walls. Young children should be supervised. 
• Please note that although there are 9 bedrooms, the maximum occupancy is 14 people. Please enquire if your group is bigger. 
• Pigra can be accessed via a 15km road that climbs up the mountains from the lake level (Argegno). Please note that it is a windy road with some narrow parts. According to ones driving ability, it takes from 20 to 40 min to reach the house
• Pigra can also be accessed from Argegno by cable car (open to the public, not private to the villa). Each cabin can hold up to 12 people. The ride takes about 4minutes and will take you 500meters from the villa. It generally operates from 8am to noon and from 2pm to 4pm. Various ticket types are available and the Villa Concierge can help organizing them. Please note that neither Abercrombie & Kent nor the villa owner can be held responsible for the functioning of the cable car.
