• Maid service daily, Monday to Saturday, on a total shift of 8 hours a day. Additional hours, if needed, will be billed as extra cost, in order to maintain the house tidy and clean.
• 1 cook for breakfast and 1 meal per day, 6 days a week, shift of 8 hours daily (groceries extras). Additional hours, if needed, will be billed as extra cost, in order to maintain the house tidy and clean.
• Arrival set of bed linen and bath towels and mid-week change.
• Internet.
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Air conditioning.
• Daily Concierge and butler service, at the villa up to 8 hours per day.

• Pool heating, available on request and extra cost. Available from mid May to the end of September.

Kindly note:

• In order to book the property, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit – the security deposit is EUR 40,000 and needs to be wired with the balance of the rental, and the balance is due 100 days before arrival. Details about the guests (lead passenger email-address, names and composition of the group, even if provisional) are necessary to confirm a booking. These will be treated according to current GDPR law.
