About Villa Sa Preda
Villa Sa Preda sits atop a hill on the north-east coast of Sardinia. Nearly 70 metres above sea level, the property boasts quintessential Mediterranean views: herb-filled gardens, rugged granite outcrops, white sandy beaches and the sparkling azure sea beyond.
The locale is Costa Smeralda, playground of the rich and famous. The harbour Porto Rotondo, filled with millionaire yachts, is a short walk from the villa. Three sandy beaches are also accessible on foot, as well as waterfront trattorias serving fresh seafood and rustic Sardinian fare such as chiusoni (pasta gnocchi) with mussels and cannellini beans.
Food is lovingly served up at the villa too. The owners are big foodies, and the villa has not one but two organic vegetable gardens. Two staff are on hand to look after up to ten guests. A maid cleans daily, while a cook whips up breakfast each morning in addition to four other meals of your choosing.
There are four en-suite guestrooms in the main villa and a fifth not far away in the annexe building. Relax in the outdoor 10x5-metre swimming pool or unwind on one of the four terraces, a glass of Sardinian wine in hand as the day draws to a close.
