Ground Floor

• Access the ground floor from the courtyard climbing some 10+ stairs
• Entrance corridor that leads to the loggia.
• Loggia (15m long) with dining table, sitting area with sofas and armchairs. One side of the loggia is open allowing for sweeping views over the garden, olive grove, vineyards and forest.

Left of the corridor:

• Piano Lounge (approx. 40 sq m) with sofa, armchairs, grand piano, frescoed walls and access to the loggia.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Formal dining room with decorative fireplace and access to the loggia.
• Bedroom (known as bedroom #6) of approx. 30sq m with four windows overlooking the garden and courtyard, four-poster silver bed (2m x 1.9m), TV, en suite bathroom (tub and separate shower).

Right of the corridor:

• Drawing room (approx. 40 sq m) with fireplace, computer, access to the loggia and frescoed walls.
• Royal Suite: (approx. 90 sq m) with furniture and object d'art collected by the owner during his world travels. Seven expansive windows allow for a sun filled space during the day. Magnificent bathroom with a round marble onyx Jacuzzi bath and luxurious walk-in shower, personal steam room. Super-king-sized bed of Indian silver (2.6m x 2m), TV.
• Bedroom (known as bedroom #7) of approx. 30sqm, equestrian themed with leather headboard, bed (1.8m x 1.9m), views over the vineyard and the hamlet of St. Andrea, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom (tub and separate shower).
• Machiavelli Suite: (approx. 75 sq m) 25 steps lead up to the Machiavelli Suite which for its art is best suitable for adults. Living room with sofa, TV and bathroom (shower); 3 steps lead to the bedroom (bed 1.8m x 1.9m) and bathroom (tub and shower attachment). A curtain divides the bedroom from the bathroom.

First Floor

• Access the first floor via elevator or stairs.
• Loggia (15m long) with table, sitting area with sofas and armchairs. One side of the loggia is open allowing for sweeping views to Florence in the distance, over the garden, olive grove, vineyards and forest.
• Terrace Suite 2: (approx. 70 sq m) accessible from the corridor or the loggia; develops over two floors: downstairs find the living room with sofas and TV, climb 19 steps to the bedroom (bed 2m x 1.9m) which overlooks the living room, en suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment).
• Bedroom (known as bedroom #2b) of approx. 19sq m with bed (1.5m x 1.9m) and in-room bathroom (shower). This bedroom interconnects with Terrace Suite 2 and is also accessible from the loggia.
• Two Bedroom Suite: (approx. 75 sq m) develops over two floors: downstairs find the living room with sofas, climb 21 steps to a corridor, on the right is the first bedroom (bed 1.6m x 1.9m) with en suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment). Continue along the corridor, descend 2 steps on the left to the second bedroom (bed 2m x 1.9m) which overlooks the living room, the bathroom is on the other side of the corridor (tub and separate shower). 
• Terrace Suite 3: (approx. 65 sq m) accessible from the loggia; develops over two floors: downstairs find the living room with sofas and garden view, climb 19 steps to the bedroom (bed 2m x 2m) which overlooks the living room, en suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment). 
• Terrace Suite 5: (approx. 45 sq m) develops over two floors: downstairs find the living room with sofas and TV, views over Florence, the garden and the hamlet of St. Andrea, bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment); climb 19 steps to the bedroom (bed 2m x 2m) which overlooks the living room.
• Terrace Suite 4: (approx. 50 sq m) develops over two floors: downstairs find the living room with views over the countryside and vineyards, bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment); climb 19 steps to the bedroom (bed 2m x 2m) which overlooks the living room. 

Lower Ground Floor

• Barriccaia, huge multi-functional room with display of old barriques. Ideal place for receptions, gatherings and parties.

• Exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool (11 x 6m / 36 x 19.7ft) from 10AM to 8PM and outdoor swimming pool (16 x 10m / 52.5 x 32.8ft).

• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Towels are changed daily, linen on request.

• Staff lives on the premises.
• Additional 18 bedrooms are available on the same estate in a separate building. This villa does not compromise in any way the privacy of Villa Machiavelli as it has an independent entrance, pool and garden. 
• Extras are payable locally. A valid credit card has to be presented during check-in.

• Your stay is subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
• A security deposit is to be paid with the balance of the rental (EUR 10,000).
