• Pool heating (solar panels can heat the pool up to a maximum of 24C - weather dependent. There is no cover for night time).

• Exclusive use of the swimming pool (17 x 7m / 55.8 x 23ft).
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to. 
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels.
• Final cleaning.

• Extra maid service - available on request at EUR 20 per hour per maid. The service is not available on Sunday or public holidays.
• Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels can be changed during the stay at an additional cost.
• Air-conditioning as per consumption. The approx. cost for this facility is EUR 110 per day (payable locally in cash) for the villa and EUR 90 per day for the dependence. Air conditioning is turned on a day before, so the building is cool upon arrival. User Discretion Advised.
• Telephone as per consumption.
• Central heating as per consumption. The approx. cost for this facility is EUR 100 per day (payable locally in cash) for the villa and EUR 70 per day for the dependence. Heating is turned on a day before, so the building is warm upon arrival. User Discretion Advised.
• City tax to be paid upon arrival in cash directly to the Villa Manager. The tax is not applicable to children under the age of 14.
• Event/ wedding fee.

• The dependence is only accessible when paying the 45 people price option. In case it is not booked with the villa, it can be rented out to a different party as it has its own swimming pool, entrance and garden. Please contact your Tour Consultant for detailed information about which bedrooms are accessible.
• Please note that the accommodation in the dependence is simpler than the main house.
• The ballroom's balcony is not fully childproofed. The door to the balcony can be locked with a padlock. We recommend children, especially those under six years old, are supervised by  an adult and not left alone in this room.
• A cat may enter the grounds of the property.
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.
