• The 14 people price option gives access to seven bedrooms only, the 22 people price option to 11 bedrooms. Only the 32 people price option gives access to all bedrooms of the villa. Please contact your tour consultant for detailed information about which bedrooms are accessible with this price option
• The owners live on the lower and ground floor of the villa, in a separate section. They have their own independent entrance and will not use the garden or pool area but are available in case of emergencies
• CCTV cameras are in operation outdoors.
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted
• A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption"
• Extra services at the villa (cook for example) can only be arranged through the villa owner. External suppliers are not allowed
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only
