  In the garden find a natural grotto with evocative stalactites, open on request.

KINDLY NOTE:

• The caretakers live on the premises.

• Maid service 4 hours (9am – 1pm), Mon – Fri.
• Daily continental breakfast preparation (groceries extra).
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to. 
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels.
• Cost of utilities (water, electricity, air-conditioning and gas). Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms only.
• Exclusive use of the swimming pool (approx. 15 x 10m / 49.2 x 32.8ft)
• Final cleaning.
• One meal per day (lunch or dinner). Groceries to be paid locally in cash.

• Extra maid service - available on request at EUR 15 per hour.
• Central heating.
• Cook service - available on request in advance at EUR 100 per lunch and EUR 150 per dinner plus the cost of groceries.
• Telephone as per consumption.
• Cot or highchair are only available on request at an extra cost of EUR 20 per item per week.
• Change of bed linen: EUR 20 per bedroom.
• Change of pool towels: EUR 15 per bathroom.
• Groceries for the meals prepared in-house (payable locally in cash).

• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.

• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
• The caretakers live in the villa, in rooms accessible from the laundry room. They are as unobtrusive as possible and available for assistance, they use the kitchen to prepare meals for themselves while preparing meals for guests.
