Three-bedroom Villa dei Caci has been carefully renovated to provide a contemporary twist to the traditional Tuscan farmhouse. The stone building is made up of two distinctive blocks, bathed in natural light due to the vast windows, linking into the main house.
Inside, you will find a chic open space with rustic touches. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the common area made up of the dining room, with views of the pool, and a cosy living room. Two of the three en-suite bedrooms are easily accessible on the ground floor and open out onto the garden while a third is located on the first floor.
Villa dei Caci is conveniently located to the Chianti wine region and the medieval splendour of San Gimignano and Siena - almost unchanged since the 13th century - and Volterra renowned for its well-preserved Roman theatre and alabaster.
