• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels. Towels are also changed mid-week.
• Wireless broadband internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to. 
• Utilities up to EUR 250 per week.
• Final cleaning.

• Extra maid service - available on request at EUR 15 per hour.
• Linen and towel change - available on request at EUR 20 per bedroom.
• Central heating - available at EUR 300 per week.
• City tax.
• Cook service: please note that for insurance and liability matters only suppliers approved by the owner of the property are allowed in the house. Breakfast can be arranged from EUR 15 per person, 3-course meals from EUR 40 per person.

• Following the supply difficulties for cleaning and laundry supply companies and in order to be able to guarantee the luxury standards of the house, the checkout has to be on or before 9am.
• A security deposit of EUR 1.000 is due on arrival in cash. In case there are no damages to the property this money can be used for the payment of extras charged "per consumption".
• A short track of the road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition.
• Please be aware of occasional road noise.
• The villa can be rented with 6, 7, 8 or 9 bedrooms. Parts of the house will be closed if the villa is not rented with 9 bedrooms. 6 bedrooms give access to the first floor only, 7 bedrooms to the first floor and annex, 8 bedrooms to the ground and first floor.
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
