KINDLY NOTE:

• The 14 people price option gives access to the main villa only; the 18 people price option to the dependence as well.
• There are some unprotected drops/slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• The caretaker lives in a separate house in the premises.
• A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption".
• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.

Extra Services

• Central heating - available on request at EUR 80 per day.
• Electricity (and therefore air-conditioning) exceeding 300 units per week.
• Pool heating - available on request at EUR 700 per week.
• Additional Maid Service available at EUR 19 per hour.
