About Castello di Reschio Noci
Noci is a converted 17th-century farmhouse that now offers itself as a luxury villa in Umbria. Situated high up on a gentle slope the villa overlooks the entire private Reschio estate and nature reserve. Covering more than 2,700 acres that border Tuscany, this estate occupies the green heart of Italy, a land of rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and woods.
Col delle Noci, to use its full name, means Walnut Hill. It consists of two buildings: the Main House and Guest Annex. This villa has been uniquely created and furnished by the owner of Castello di Reschio, Count Antonio Bolza, who still resides in the 11th-century Castello that dominates this estate.
The two-bedroom main house has a spacious light filled interior with easy access to terraces and garden. The guest annexe is completely self-contained. A mature olive grove provides plenty of privacy for the villas and the split level 4x18m overflow pool that faces the gloriously restored Castle of Reschio.
Being a guest of the estate, of course, comes with many privileges. A concierge service offers personal drivers, food delivery and private chefs. You can enjoy classic Umbrian food in the delightful setting of the Osteria, ride horses, borrow mountain bikes, play floodlit tennis or simply stroll through the expansive grounds of the nature reserve.
For a unique Umbrian villa on a unique Umbrian private estate, Noci is truly hard to beat.
