Villa Azul

The Villa has been refurbished. The bedrooms have been redecorated, with new furniture and new flooring; the living room has new furniture, and the master bedroom terrace has changed as well as the façade of the Villa (no more shutters). Ground Floor:

• Large, open-plan kitchen and dining room opening onto the terrace with covered outdoor dining area with comfy seating. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for catering with the outside offering a drinks fridge as well as a gas BBQ
• Living room with beautiful views to the pool, flat screen TV (Full UK, Netflix) and a library of books and DVDs for guest use
• Guest W.C.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Bedroom one: Double bed, with en-suite bath and separate shower opening onto the terrace with a beautiful pool and golf views
• Bedroom two: Double bed with en-suite shower room
• Bedroom three: Double bed with large en-suite shower room

First Floor:

• Bedroom four: Master bedroom with king-size bed, private terrace, view over the pool and en-suite bathroom with bath tub and separate walk-in shower
• Bedroom five: Double bedroom with private terrace and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower
• Office space with printer

Basement:

• Games room with table tennis, table football, pool table, air-hockey, darts, PlayStation and double fridge freezer
• TV room with Wii
• Gym equipment (treadmill, cycling machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, weights)
• Guest W.C.

• Cost of utilities (gas, water, electricity).
• Maid Service: Two maids for one hour, on three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri).
• Arrival set of pool towels, household and bed linen. For two week bookings, linen will be changed on the middle Friday.
• Final cleaning.
• Wireless broadband internet.
• Full Air-conditioning.
• Underfloor heating.
• Jacuzzi heating

Exclusions

• Pool heating on advance request at GBP 300/week.
• Additional maid hours on advance request at EUR 18/hour.
• Laundry service charged at €4 per kilo.
• Please note that in case of cancellation all confirmed services are non-refundable.

Kindly Note:

• The property is set in a residential location, overlooking the golf course with neighbouring properties
• This is a wonderful family property, however it is not ideal for toddlers due to the terraced nature of the grounds and a large drop from the infinity pool. We would recommend children aged 5+, young children need to be supervised at all times
