Finca Gaucin comes complete with a guest house and gatehouse which makes it ideal for multi-generational families or for staff who may be accompanying you.
Enjoy the panoramic views of the spectacular forested countryside and coastline from the L-shaped swimming pool. Outside you will also find an authentic Andaluz patio with fountain, private vegetable garden, and two terraces ideal for alfresco dining. A daily buffet breakfast is served each morning.
Inside the main house, there is a spa area with a heated pool alongside a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym equipment. Each of the light and airy en-suite bedrooms features a bathtub with jet pools. The master bedroom has been built over two floors and includes a large dressing room while one of the bedrooms has a balcony for you to relax before a siesta.
On the upper level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV room with a well-stocked library. A few steps down there is the beautiful spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, facing the pool area. Accessible from the kitchen is a recreation room with table tennis, and a bathroom, with direct access to the pool area.
The standalone guest house has one bedroom, kitchenette, sitting room, and bathroom while the gatehouse - which is further away from the main house - is ideal for staff or teenagers who may want their own space.
You can pick up groceries from the nearest town of Gaucin which is a short drive away.
