About La Feroza
La Feroza is a stunning, stand-alone, three-storey villa situated on the outskirts of Estepona. Here, it sits high on the hillside, boasting panoramic Mediterranean views. Outside the property, you’ll find a spacious terrace area centred around an appealing swimming pool, which can be heated on request. Here, you’ll also discover a gazebo and covered dining area, which is complemented by an outdoor kitchen fitted with professional-grade appliances and marble-topped bar area.
Inside on the ground floor and lower ground floor, there is a modern kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. The games room features a pool table, football table, internet TV and a sofa bed, where two children can be accommodated. Meanwhile, there are five bedrooms, all en-suite, which sleep up to 10 adults. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning and central heating.
Each morning, you will be delivered a continental breakfast that you can have al-fresco while enjoying the Andalusian and Mediterranean views.
