Marbella Hills sits in a spectacular hillside location that boast panoramas that take in mountains, lakes and the sea, stretching as far as Africa on a clear day. Between the vibrant seaside resort of Marbella and Istan, a village with Arabic roots, it is close to the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and a 12 minute drive from the beaches of Puente Romano.
Renovated in 2021 and part of a private, gated community, the house is built around an Andalusian-style internal patio, complete with citrus trees and al fresco dining table. The interiors are cool and contemporary chic, the rooms bright and airy, pops of colour accentuated by whites and neutral tones. The living room is orientated to the views, with bi-fold doors that can be thrown open to the breeze and to give access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen spills out onto its own dining terrace. The swimming pool, gym and games room provided plenty to keep you entertained.
All four en-suite bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first, are luxurious spaces of retreat and offer access to the outside where those spectacular views are waiting to be admired.
