The newly refurbished four-bedroom villa offers an open view over the beautiful Costa del Sol. The modern villa is conveniently located between the picturesque white village of Mijas and the bustling town and beaches of Fuengirola.
A parking place for two cars provides ease of access to this hillside villa. A secure private swimming pool area, playground and full-sized ping pong table will keep the kids happy while you work out in the spacious open plan gym which comes complete with a yoga mat, weights, exercise ball, and brand new iFIT treadmill. Outside, you will also find an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue terrace, which is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying a sundowner with family or guests who join you.
Inside Villa Ana, you will find an open-plan living room with a cosy fireplace and an office space offering incredible views over the coast. This makes it the perfect place to work, rest and play – especially if you are keen to extend your villa break with the family. Each of the bedrooms, which can sleep eight, has views over the garden. It is worth noting that each level of the villa is connected by stairs.
