Extra Services:

• Additional maid service available on advance request at €20 per hour
• In order to book the property, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a security deposit of 50% (refundable)
• Change of bed linen available at EUR 30 per room, to be paid locally in cash
• Change of bath towels available at EUR 26 per room, to be paid locally in cash
• Change of pool towels available at EUR 26 per room, to be paid locally in cash

Kindly Note:

• The guardian couple is living on the property grounds. 
• Please note that the villa is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Events, parties, or loud music are not accepted at this Villa.
• Due to the risk of fire, barbecues, fogones or any outside fire is not permitted at the villa.
