• 16x6m swimming pool with chlorine water (cannot be heated). In most parts, the pool area is enclosed with a fence that has railings slightly wider than 10cm, therefore young children require constant supervision by an adult.

• Mooring for small boats available on request in the bay (buoy mooring, please enquire for more details).
• Small lawn areas between the annex and the main house and to the side of the main building.

• While the minimum stay at this property is seven nights throughout the rest of the year, in 2024 the two last August weeks (17 to 31 August 2024) can only be booked together. Please contact your Villa specialist for details.
