About San Raffa
San Raffa is an idyllic Majorcan villa. Set on a 17th-century finca, it commands majestic views over lush countryside and limestone mountains. This tranquil and secluded retreat revels in the Balearic island's beauty from the privacy of its own paradisiacal grounds.
Serenity and well being are the keynotes struck here. From the garden's shaded terraces, soothing views over fields and hills can be enhanced by a well-mixed cocktail or two. Around you there are the elegant curves of the swimming pool, manicured lawns, lovingly arranged flower beds and tempting produce in the organic vegetable garden. And the ancient stone walls of the buildings themselves.
The open plan living and dining area is supremely social. Its wooden dining table for 12 people is perfect for formal dinners prepared in the charming kitchen. Covered seating and dining terraces outside, and a large barbecue area, are perfect for Spanish snacks, tapas and postprandial siestas.
There's 400m2 of living space here. Two large suites are in the main part of house, and a third is in a separate area that’s accessible from the garden. Additional accommodation for two in an annex, is ideal for staff or teenagers.
San Raffa's interiors effortlessly blend original stone and wood features with warm and comfy hand-picked furniture. Contemporary style delightfully contrasts with the exposed sections of the tactile stone. This thick stone, along with the air-conditioning in the three main bedrooms, keeps the light and airy spaces cool in the Majorcan sun.
