About Perthshire Lodge
Once an estate caretaker’s bungalow, Perthshire Lodge looks out over the brooding mountains that surround the Highland town of Aberfeldy. Full of local character, it has been beautifully restored, providing the perfect cosy retreat in which to relax after a day out exploring Scotland’s great outdoors.
The décor boasts excellent attention to detail, the interiors clean, white and contemporary with wonderful pops of colour. The living area is bright, spacious and open-plan, centred around a feature fireplace that is ideal for convivial evenings enjoying good food and good company. The four spacious en-suite bedrooms bring every luxury, a comfy place to fall asleep and wake rejuvenated for another day of fresh Highland air.
Stepping outside, a lovely decked area is orientated to savour the views over the valley and the River Tay. Step off it and you’ll find yourself wandering pathways down into the charming town with its cafés, shops and restaurants or into to the gorgeousness of the Birks of Aberfeldy, named after song lyrics written by Robert Burns in the 18th century.
Perthshire Lodge has close ties with local suppliers, giving guests access to bespoke experiences like hill walking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing.
