Ground Floor

• Dining Room – Adorned with family portraiture and furnished with classic Gillow pieces.  The dining table has a maximum capacity of 24 guests.
• Library – This beautiful room holds a myriad of antique books and detailed archives which reveal the depth of the Estate’s history.
• Orangerie / Conservatory – A later addition, in 1855, to the original construction this light filled verdant space is alive with a plethora of flora including storm lilies and antique roses. This is an ideal location to enjoy high tea and is the entry point to the manicured gardens at the rear of the property.
• Green Drawing Room – One of the property’s state rooms, the Green Drawing room has a distinct air of grandeur. Its walls are adorned with a collection of oil paintings, ornate niches house antique porcelain pieces and a large gilded chandelier is a central piece of the room.
• Red Drawing Room – This room interconnects with the elegant Green Drawing Room, it holds a piano and some comfortable seating where you can relax around the fireplace.  
• Billiards Room

• Owners Residence:  The owner has an independent wing of the property but it is totally separate and private from the main house. 

Lower Ground Floor

• The lower ground floor is primarily used as staff quarters and has a full catering kitchen.

First Floor

• Bedroom 1 (Bow): Master double with 1.70m four poster bed.  Beautiful views over the orangerie and gardens.  Large en suite with roll top bath and separate shower.  This can also be made into a family suite as it has an adjoining door to Boudoir bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: (Bow Dressing Room): Cosy single room (90cm x 1.90m bed) appropriate for children.  Shared bathroom.  Interconnecting door with Bow Bedroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Boudoir): A snug single room with a 1.40m four poster bed.  Shared bathroom across the hall.  Has an interconnecting door with Bow bathroom if being used by a family.
• Bedroom 4 (Captain’s Room): Double four poster bed and views over the ornamental garden.  En suite bathroom with separate shower and double sink.
• Bedroom 5 (Oak Room): Built especially for the Queen’s visit in the 1890’s, this bedroom has oak clad walls and an ornately carved four poster bed.  ‘Hidden’ en suite bathroom features a luxurious copper bath.
• Bedroom 6 (Portico): Four poster double bed (1.90m), dressing table and views of the front of the estate.  En suite with bath and shower attachment.
• Bedroom 7 (South): Small 1.30m double bed (may be more appropriate as a single room). Views of the ornamental garden. Bathroom opposite.
• Bedroom 8 (Buff): A cosy room with a feminine touch. Antique small double bed (1.40m x 1.70m) which is quite short in length so would be appropriate for a child. It is recommended this room it used as a single. Shared bathroom (Gillow).
• Bedroom 9 (Amber Room): Double room, en suite with a bath with separate shower.  Views over the front of the property.
• Bedroom 10 (The Old Nursery): Four poster double bed (1.70m) and chez longue.  En suite bathroom with freestanding roll top bath, and shower, views over the conservatory. 
• Bedroom 11 (Smith): Double room with 1.70m bed and dressing table.  En suite shower room with a marble finish.
• Bedroom 12 (North): Double room with 1.80m bed.  Large en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower.  Views to the front of the property.

Second Floor

• Penthouse Suite
  The penthouse suite provides an ideal family space with one double, one twin and one single room as well as a living room with TV, DVD and PlayStation.
• Garden Room (Dbl).  Double room with 1.50m bed, dressing table and en suite bathroom with roll top bath and shower.
• Park Room (Twin).  Twin room with 2 x 90cm beds.  Shared bathroom with the Monks Room.
• Monks Room (Single).  Single room overlooking the orangerie.  Shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 16 (Music Room):  Double / Twin room with 1.80m bed.  En suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower.  
• Bedroom 17: (Garden Room 2) Double room with en suite bathroom. Freestanding bath and separate shower

The Estate's Facilities

• Bicycle track around the Estate.
• Tennis Court
• Well Being Centre ‘Avalon’ (Sauna, steam room, indoor swimming pool, flotation tank, yoga, treatment rooms).  This development is due to be finished by Summer 2018 and is located on the main estate, walking distance from the property.
• Outdoor heated swimming pool.
• Fully consecrated chapel (Catholic). Mass is carried out every day and a Latin mass once a month.
• Ornamental gardens
• On-site parking.
• Outdoor dining can be arranged on request.
• Utopia – Also available on the grounds of the estate is Utopia, a modern structure designed by Sir Michael Hopkins which is nestled in a walled garden created by Dan Pearson.  The building holds a restaurant / reception area as well as meeting and break out rooms.
• One of Land Rover’s very first centres for driving tuition on challenging surfaces is housed on the grounds of the Estate.  As well as instruction, Land
• Rover also organise corporate hospitality, team building events and family days (for pricing please ask your sales consultant).
• The Estate itself is 3000 acres in total and we are blessed with a large and eclectic range of activities and entertainment Broughton Concierge can arrange for you and your guests, below is a range of suggestions which is limited only by your imagination…Bonfire nights and Firework displays, Wine/whiskey tastings, Local sightseeing trips, Falconry, Nature walks, the list goes on.
