About La Croix du Sud
Sitting splendidly in Provence, only moments from the pretty town of St. Remy, La Croix du Sud reflects the region’s artistic heritage. This villa was the former abode of Albert Gleize, one of France’s most important Cubists. Today you can still see a number of his sculptures dotted around the property as well as a large mosaic adorning the entrance hall.
Interiors take a minimalist approach with fresh white-beige colour palettes, stone floors and traditional wood beamed ceilings. The layout is perfect for families or a group of friends. Upstairs, you’ll find six double bedrooms, a children’s room and a palatial master bedroom with spacious dressing area. Most enjoy views over the park. Downstairs you can cosy up by a large fireplace and relax on the outdoor terrace, the anchor to long lunches and dinner parties.
