Ground Floor

• Expansive open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, opening on to vast terrace and gardens.

• Bedroom One: A large twin bedroom overlooking the garden with a shower room. Beds can be pushed together to make a 180cm bed and also room for additional third bed.

• Pantry with additional fridge and freezer.

First Floor

• Bedrooms Two to seven: Seven bedrooms with shower rooms (including five with sea view) and an open living room which can be made up as extra beds for children. Note that six of these bedrooms can be twin beds and two bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor.
• Please note that Bedroom Six has a sofa bed only and therefore is more suitable for children or teenager.

Second Floor

• Bedroom Eight: A master bedroom of 90sqm (970sqft) with sea view, an office, large bathroom and two private terraces.

The Orangery

• Multi-purpose large space with games room and fitness equipment.

The Domaine Annexe House

• Bedroom Nine and Ten: Two independent and separate double/twin bedrooms, accessed externally with private shower rooms. Note that these two bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
• Additional 11th large double bedroom available only on request at an additional fee

Please note that all services confirmed in advance are non-refundable.

• Daily maid service for up to 20 guests, six hours per day

• The house sits atop a cliff, which means the area around the property can be hazardous. Please be cautious to avoid any potential falls.
• Air conditioning in bedrooms only except Bedroom Nine and Ten.
• Staff member lives on site.
• Additional eleventh bedroom in the Domaine Annexe available on request for an additional fee.
• Additional beds can be arranged for children on request.
• The path down to the beach is a steep incline in places.
• City tax of Eur 4.46 / person and per day to be paid locally.
• Please note there is a 50% deposit required for this villa.
