About Le Manoir des Calanques
This landmark villa is one of the largest and most prestigious on the Cote d’Azur. Located in glamorous Cassis, the gateway to the Calanques National Park, the villa offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
This former hotel, which once welcomed Virginia Woolf and Winston Churchill during the 1930s and 1940s, was completely renovated in 2017 and now combines comfortable beach house inspired interiors with old world glamour.
The villa’s pièce de resistance is the huge terrace overlooking the bay and a spectacular beach below, which is accessible by foot in five minutes via a private path. With grand high ceilings, the open plan reception rooms overlook the sea and its eleven bedrooms allow it to comfortably accommodate up to twenty four people. On the estate there is a large, heated swimming pool, a hot tub, an orangery and a petanque court.
