Kindly Note:

• The Villa is located on a hillside to benefit from the best possible views, therefore the road approaching the property is fairly steep
• Due to the terraced nature of the grounds with various drops and due to a number of low terrace walls and staircases without railings, some might find the property unsuitable for young children
• We'd like to make you aware that a neighbouring property is located behind Villa Cien's entrance courtyard but on a higher level and with no views onto the outdoor pool and dining areas
