Ground Floor:

First Floor:

• Bedroom three: Master bedroom with four-poster king size bed (180cm), en-suite bathroom, closets and private terraces with sea views
• Bedroom four: King size bed (180cm) with separate external entrance, en-suite shower room, walking closet, beautiful views to the sea, fire place and private terraces with sea views

Lower Ground Floor:

• Bedroom five: Twin beds that can be made up as king size bed (with top layer mattress) with en-suite shower room and doors leading to a small terrace below the pool
• Bedroom six: Twin beds that can be made up as king size bed (with top layer mattress) with en-suite shower room and doors leading to a small terrace below the pool, plus additional sofa bed, ideal for one adult
• Storage and laundry room
• Please note that the bedrooms of the lower ground floor do not have the same standard as the remaining bedrooms, they do not offer sea views

Garden Suite:

• A newly built garden annex with kitchenette, small private garden, jacuzzi and direct access to the pool or to the living room of the main villa via stone paved paths
• Bedroom seven: King size bed (180cm) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), ceiling fan, sea views and private entrance
• Bedroom eight: Twin beds that can be made up as king size bed (with top layer mattress) with en-suite

• Pre-arrival grocery shopping service available on request for EUR 50 plus the cost of the groceries, to be paid locally in cash
• Security guard (with dog) on grounds between midnight and 6am available on advance request at an extra cost of EUR 550 per week, to be paid locally in cash

• The Villa is located on a hillside to benefit from the best possible views, therefore the road approaching the property is fairly steep
• Due to the terraced nature of the grounds with various drops and due to a number of low terrace walls and staircases without railings, some might find the property unsuitable for young children
