Getting to know Mykonos

Follow your guide on an introductory tour through the labyrinth of cobbled streets that makes up Mykonos town. Best known for its whitewashed buildings, you will also pass the iconic windmills, and wander through the charming area known as Little Venice. Here colourful balconies adorn the white façades and hang above the lapping waves. If you are of a nautical bent, visit the Maritime Museum, which exhibits models of ships from the early Minoan period through to the 20th century. Alternatively, explore the Archaeological Museum where you can discover the island’s fascinating history. Or, if you prefer, browse the many jewellery shops and boutiques before a well-deserved stop at a traditional local bakery.
