• Cost of utilities (water, gas). Electricity is included up to 300 units per week. Exceeding units will be calculated EUR 0.42 per Kwh
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels and mid-week change
• Final cleaning

• Extra beds - available on request at EUR 300 per week per bed (max. three beds allowed)

• The property is characterized through several terraces and stairs. 110 steps lead to the villa from the parking lot.
• A security deposit of EUR 1.500 is to be paid locally in cash. This amount serves as deposit against damages caused to the interior or exterior of the property.
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption".

• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
