• Entrance with sofa and frescoed ceilings and walls.
• Montecorbo Bedroom: 6 steps up from the entrance hall lead to a suite with double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m), partial sea views, TV, living room with sofas and partial sea views, bathroom with shower. Total 29sq m.
• San Montano Bedroom: 12 steps down from the entrance hall lead to a suite with double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m), garden views, living room, bathroom with shower. Total 26sq m. From the living room access a terrace furnished with sofas and views to the outdoor tub, the sea and Naples.
• Suite Arorella: accessed only from the garden; comprises a living area, double bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m) with TV and French doors that give access to the garden, bathroom (shower). In front of the suite find a covered area with table for six and outdoor shower.

• Laundry room with washing machine.

• St Filippo Loft: comprises a living area with TV and French doors that give access to a balcony overlooking the front garden, bathroom with shower. The bedroom (bed 1.8 x 1.9m) is on the upper floor overlooking the living area. This room has superbly frescoed ceilings.
• St. Francesco Loft: comprises a double bedroom, an ample living room with TV and French doors that give access to a terrace with a covered dining area and sofa. From here access the rooftop terrace equipped with sunloungers and table and 360-degree views over the sea, Capri, Procida and the garden. Bathroom (shower). The second bedroom (bed 2 x 1.9m) is on the upper floor overlooking the living area. Total 50sq m.

• 60sq m hall overlooking the pool with ample living room, kitchen, dining table for 12 and guest bathroom, ample French doors lead to the garden and pool area.

INCLUSIONS:

• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Air-conditioning (available in the bedrooms).
• Heating.
• Final cleaning.
• Maid service from 9am to 3pm. Service not included on Sundays. Please note that the service does not include the cleaning of the kitchen which is available at extra cost
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels and mid-week change.
• Wireless broadband internet.
• Porter service available on day of arrival and departure (if between 7am and 8pm).
• Exclusive use of the swimming pool (6 x 4m / 19.7 x 13.1ft).
• Shuttle service from the villa to Massa Lubrense’s main square, twice per day from 8am to 4pm, Sundays from 8am to noon. Please note that transfers after 4pm are available upon request and subject to extra costs each way.

EXCLUSIONS:

• Cook service package: EUR 4,000 flat rate for the weekly service including preparation of American breakfast and one meal per day (lunch from 1pm to 2.30pm) OR dinner (from 8pm to 9.30pm). Cost of groceries extra
• Weekly breakfast including hot and cold beverages, croissants, bread, cookies, cereals, yogurts, fruit, egg, bacon, pancakes, French toasts, cold cuts, cheese, jams, Nutella, peanut butter, butter, pie: EUR 250 per person per week (including cost of groceries)
• Pizza dinner EUR 80 per person (min 8 guests), cost of groceries included
• Cook service is available at EUR 600 per meal (up to 12 people) – cost of groceries extra
• Additional housekeeping service is available at EUR 25 per hour per staff member
• Shuttle service after 4pm from the villa to town or to a restaurant nearby is available on request and extra cost
• Grocery service fee: from EUR 100 to EUR 200 per delivery (depending on the quantity)
• Cots and highchairs available at extra cost
• Check-in after 8pm is available at extra cost (EUR 150)

KINDLY NOTE:

• Access to the villa is via a narrow street which is only suitable for small cars. A shuttle service to the parking lot in Massa Lubrense is available twice per day.
• Villa I Molini adjoins to another building, only visible from the entrance gate. This building is rarely occupied and does not compromise the privacy of the villa.
• The use of the outdoor kitchen is reserved to the staff only.
• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.

• Security deposit: €1,500 to be paid locally in cash or with credit card.
