• The owner lives in a separate area of the villa with own private access in order to guarantee extreme privacy.
• The swimming pool, due to Sorrento's strict building regulations, is a well-finished above-ground one.
• Due to the villa's privileged and easily accessible location, traffic noise should be expected.
• Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.

• Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
