Inclusions

• Two people of staff come to the villa daily from 8am to 2pm. During this time they clean the property and set up the buffet breakfast (available from 9am to 11am). 
• Buffet breakfast (jam, croissants, almond patisserie, cereal, fruit juice, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, seasonal fruit, eggs, bread, cheese, ham, butter) service and ingredients every day from 9am to 11am
• Arrival set of bedlinen and towels and mid-week change. 
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas).
• Air conditioning. 
• Internet WiFi. 

Kindly note:

• In order to book the property, we require a 50 per cent non-refundable deposit – the security deposit is EUR 6,000 and needs to be wired with the balance of the rental, and the balance is due 100 days before arrival. Details about the guests (lead passenger email-address, names and composition of the group, even if provisional) are necessary to confirm a booking. These will be treated according to current GDPR law.
• All guests must provide (i) copy of their current identity documents prior to arrival via email, (ii) complete rooming list and (iii) e-mail of the team leader. 
• It is mandatory to take reasonable care of the premises and to leave them in a tidy condition, not to deface, make any alterations or to the decoration, not to tamper with the water, heating and gas services. 
• Only the hot tub can be heated, not the external pools.
• The access road is rather steep.
