• 26sqm living-dining room overlooking the terrace and the pool.
• Fully equipped kitchen (6sqm).
• Double bedroom with adjacent bathroom (shower). Room 14sqm, bed 1.40 x 1.80m.
• Double bedroom with adjacent bathroom (shower) and access to the terrace, sea views. Room 20sqm, bed 1.80 x 1.90m.

• Double bedroom with en suite bathroom (tub and shower attachment). Room 20sqm, bed 1.60 x 1.90m.
• Double bedroom with four-poster bed, en suite bathroom (shower). Room 20sqm, bed 1.60 x 1.90m.
• Maritime themed triple room for kids, adjacent bathroom (shower). Room 5sqm, beds 0.8m.
• 30sqm common area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. 
• Double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower). Room 16sqm, bed 1.60 x 1.90m.
• Please note that these bedrooms have windows similar to “window wells”, that only allow light and some air to come in, they do not have views.

Inclusions:

• Electricity up to EUR 500 per week for April, May, June, September and October travel dates; up to EUR 1,000 per week for July and August. 
• Final cleaning.
• Maid service for up to 4 hours mid-week.
• Arrival set of bedlinen and towels.
• Internet.
• Use of the swimming pool (when open)

Exclusions:

• Electricity exceeding the included amount. 
• Change of bedlinen and towels: EUR 25 per person. 
• Maid service available at EUR 20 per hour. 
• Please note that this is a self-catering property; as such, no welcome hamper or initial supply of groceries will be provided by the owner. A shopping service is available at extra cost but has to be requested well in advance to your arrival date.
• Pool heating is available based on consumption. Please take into account an estimated cost of approximately EUR 100 per day, which may vary depending on the weather conditions. Additionally, it’s important to note that there is no pool cover.

KINDLY NOTE:

• Security deposit against damages: EUR 5,000 to be paid with the balance of the rental. This will be refunded 14 days after your departure. We strongly suggest to walk through the property at check in, document any damages and advise the villa manager about these within 12 hours of your arrival. We also recommend to walk through the property at check out with the villa manager making sure that there are no damages. Abercrombie & Kent will not be able to assist you in case of a dispute with the villa manager and owner about damages not reported.
• Villa Mora is an independent villa but has neighbouring properties to the left and right. It is located in a summer-seaside resort; bearable noise should be expected.
• Please note that the meter(s) are read at check-in and check-out; you are strongly encouraged to accompany the villa manager when they take the reading. Please be advised that Abercrombie & Kent will not be able to assist you in disputes about the electricity consumption should you not take advantage of your right to accompany the villa manager.
